Neeru Mohindru, a dynamic leader at M1xchange, serves as a transformative force and an exemplary role model for the company. Prioritizing the personal and professional development of her team, she fosters success through teamwork and authentic communication. Currently serving as a Board of Director and Chief Marketing Officer at M1xchange TReDs, Neeru's journey includes a commendable stint at Xerox India.

As one of the co-founders, Neeru played a pivotal role in establishing the marketing division from scratch, leading M1xchange from its launch in 2017 to becoming a prominent brand today. Under her guidance, M1xchange has garnered the trust of over 60 banks, both public and private, for MSME receivables financing. The platform boasts a discounting volume of INR 85,000 Cr, with 1,500+ listed companies and their MSME suppliers from 1800 Indian cities participating.

Neeru's strategic prowess extends to managing digital expansion into 1800 cities, engaging with industry associations, and securing partnerships. In the funding realm, M1xchange transitioned from bootstrapping to securing investments from Amazon, IndiaMart, Mayfield, Beenext, and SIDBI, with Neeru playing a pivotal role in brand-building.

In her current role as CMO for TReDS, Neeru is steering the organization towards sustainable growth by formulating comprehensive marketing strategies, driving revenue through sales initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence for customer satisfaction. As the Chairperson of the POSH committee, she advocates for best practices across the company.

Recognized as an impactful digital marketing officer in 2019, Neeru's contributions have significantly impacted M1xchange's growth and added value to MSMEs. The platform, under her leadership, has earned numerous awards, including Best Easy Financing and Digital Onboarding for MSME Companies in India (Nation’s Pride Awards 2021) and Digital Solution of the Year (Express IT Awards 2017).

Looking ahead, Neeru is actively contributing to M1xchange's future strategic goals by forging technology partnerships with complementary marketplaces in India. She is also leading the application for a licence to establish the International Trade Finance System (ITFS) at GIFT City Ahmedabad, a move that will open doors for exporters and importers to choose from a wide range of banks, including overseas financiers, for receivables factoring and enhanced liquidity for working capital.
