Requirements:
- Expertise in team leadership, training, and development, consistently driving high performance and achieving quality benchmarks.
- Prior experience of operations onboarding, group training experience & target alignment
- Good understanding of kyc process in fintech, banking OR NBFC
- Experience in managing end-to-end account opening processes, ensuring seamless customer onboarding journeys
- Should be skilled in cross-functional team coordination, documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in risk management, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention, safeguarding organizational assets and reputation.
- Experience in managing s settlements
- Excellent Problem-solving ability
- Familiar with RBI guidelines
Education & Qualifications:
- MBA/CA qualified/M.com
