We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Fintech landscape and a
proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience (B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to:
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads, etc.), social media advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Organic social media: Develop and execute organic social media strategies across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), building and engaging with our target audience.
- Content Marketing: Create, curate, and distribute high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, videos, infographics, etc.) across various channels.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers.
- SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, and track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to:
- Manage Digital Marketing Budget:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI) and provide regular reports to management.

- Event Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and industry meetups.
- Ensure effective event promotion and lead generation.
- Build and Maintain Brand Presence:
- Develop and maintain a strong online brand presence across all digital channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide input on websites and other digital assets to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing within the Fintech or a relevant industry (e.g., financial services, technology, SAAS).
- Hands-on experience in international marketing in several areas such as GCC, Southeast Asia etc.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and social media marketing best practices.
- Experience with content marketing, including creating and distributing high-quality content across various channels.
- Experience with SEO/SEM techniques and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Master of Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
